Sustainable Hospitality Fellowship (SHF)

The Sustainable Hospitality Fellowship (SHF) is an initiative empowering young individuals to implement practical solutions minimizing environmental and social impacts from the tourism industry.
Opportunities for young talents to work directly with resort management teams and bring their sustainable project ideas to life.
Supported by three leading resorts: Six Senses Ninh Van Bay (Khanh Hoa), Amanoi(Ninh Thuan), and Ana Mandara Villas Dalat Resort & Spa (Lam Dong).
Looking back on the beautiful journey of Sustainable Hospitality Fellowship 2024, we are thankful for a journey that has been nothing short of extraordinary thanks to the breakthrough ideas of the 12 candidates, dedication of mentors and incredible support from our partners Amanoi and Ana Mandara Dalat. The 3 outstanding proposals have been selected and will be conducted at Six Senses Ninh Van Bay, Amanoi and Ana Mandara Dalat under the guidance of the resorts’ management teams. Thank you for a few-day journey that has been so memorable, leaving behind sustainable solutions for the future.
