Tan Phu JSC,. specialized in Real Estate- Tourism, is the member of Ninh Van Bay JSC,. the owner of the Ana Mandara Ninh Binh Resort & Spa, with 5-star standards in Gia Van commune, Gia Vien district, Ninh Binh province, near to many tourist attractions and cultural monuments of Ninh Binh province, The resort includes 51 villas (170 rooms) with restaurant, bar, spa center, swimming-pools, tennis ground, event & conference hall and children care zone..., Our resort will officially open on October 2010 which s managed by Indochine Hotel Collection Company (HCI).

In order to set up and operate the resorts mentioned above, we are looking forward to employ candidates with the aspirations and capabilities in the positions as follows:

Khu nghỉ dưỡng bao gồm 51 căn Villa (170 phòng ) cùng các khu dịch vụ khác như : nhà hàng , trung tâm Spa , bể bơi , sân tennis , phòng hội nghị- hội thảo , khu vui chơi cho trẻ em , ... sẽ chính thức được khai trương vào tháng 10 năm 2010 và được quản lý bởi Công ty Quản lý Khách sạn Đông Dương (HCI)

Chi Tiết Công Việc


1. Front Office Manager
Job description:
• Ensure that all the milestones in the critical path are achieved within the timeline given;
• Prepares and reviews the job descriptions for all surbordinates within the department;
• Ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition througout their stay in the resort, respond to guest needs and resolve any issues that may arise resulting in highest possible guest satisfaction;
• Plan and implement the application of availability controls to those market segments, which will maximize resort room, food & beverage and other revenues where applicable;
• Maintain a high performance standard among guest contact employees to ensure they are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous at all time;
• Inform the management via reports about the results of trends or guest impressions and problems in the resort affecting the guest or the operation;
• Work closely with the Housekeeping Department to turn rooms around with a minimum of lost time and to allocate arriving guest appropriately;
• Participate in decisions involving occupancy goals, marketing strategies and development of rates
• Carry out reasonable requests made by the General Manager
• And other duties and responsibilities.
Job Requirement
- Male or Female, Age not over 45 years old;
- Hospitality degree or hospitality industry eccredited short course backed years of experience.
- Previous experience managing a team of Front Office employees through motivation, coaching and development;
- A minimum of 4 years experience in all espects of Rooms Division in a medium to large resorts/ hotel is required, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- The ability to anticipate customer needs,change goals and direction quickly and multitask;
- Working knowledge of property management and point of sales systems.
- Advanced knowledge of front office policies and procedures
- Proven experience supervising front office department of 15+ employees;
- Ability to mainain a budget
- Proven exellence in customer service;
- Capable of using solid decision - making skills
- Proven experience to interact effectively with all levels of management, guests, associates, and clientele, both inside and outside of the oganization.
- Self- motivated to accomplish goals, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency with general office PC applications ( i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
- Demonstrate sound organizational, coordinating and personal skills;
- Exellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proven job reliability, deligence, dedication and attention to detail;
- Must be flexible with working nights, weekends and holidays

2. Executive Housekeeper
Job description:
• High school diploma required. Hotel Industry accredited course related to the field
• A minimum of 4 years experience in all aspects of Housekeeping in a resort or hotel required, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ensure that all the milestones in the critical path are achieved within the timeline given
• Prepares and reviews the job descriptions for all subordinates within the department
• Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of all rooms, offices, washrooms, restaurants and all public areas.
• Planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction.
• Daily supervision of the housekeeping staff, including the day, event and post- event crews.
• Daily supervision of the grounds keeping staff, including the day, event and post- event crews.
• Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
• Conduct pre-event inspections of all rooms, event rooms, restaurants, seating areas and public areas prior gate opening for every event held at the resort.
• Recruit, schedule and train all new housekeeping staff members.
• Maintain the housekeeping budget, providing billing summaries and expenses for all pre and post events.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness , safety , and conduct.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards within house keeping department.
• Determines and maintains the department work schedule used to notify staff of upcoming events and ensure proper preparation and staffing for each event.Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment; makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment.
Job Requirement
- Vietnamese, Expatriate - prefer currently living in Asia
- Previous experience managing a team of housekeeping employees through motivation, coaching and development.
- The ability to anticipate customer needs, change goals and direction quickly and to multitask
- Working knowledge of property management and point of sale systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Housekeeping process and procedures.
- Proven experience supervising housekeeping departments of 15+ employees.
- Ability to maintain a budget

- Proven comfort and experience to interact effectively with all levels of management, guests, associates, and clientele, both inside and outside of the organization.

3. Chief Engineer (Kỹ sư trưởng)
Job description:
• Ensure that all the milestones in the critical path are achieved within the timeline given
• Prepares and reviews the job descriptions for all subordinates within the department
• Ensure the timely execution of preventive maintenance program
• Conduct regular inspections of the resort to ensure that all is in order.
• Controls receipts and execution of repair orders on daily basis.
• Control and monitor the water treatment in the systems.
• Ensure smooth operation of utilities and services like:Water supply,Power supply,Telephones services,Air conditioning systems,Kitchen and Refrigeration equipments,Fire Alarm systems.
• Maintain the spare parts of each section
• Fire Protection and Security
• Follow up the preventive maintenances chedules of the fure alarm systems.
• Administration responsibilities.
• Exercises administrative supervision of all department employees, which include personnel requisition, disciplinary, promotion and training, duty scheduling, approves leave and overtime requests.
• Checks and ensures that the job assigned to subordinates have been effectively completed on the timely basis and according to hotel's expectation.
• Carry out any reasonable requests made by the Management
Job Requirement
- Previous experience managing a team of engineering employees through motivation, coaching and development.
- The ability to anticipate customer needs, change goals and direction quickly and to multitask
- Working knowledge of Engineering and Property Management systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Engineering process, policies and procedures.
- Proven experience supervising Engineering department of 10+ employees.
- Ability to maintain a budget
- Capable of using independent judgment/solid decision making skills
- Self-motivated to accomplish goals, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to use general office PC applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Spa Manager
Job description:
• Be responsible to oversee all aspects of the spa operation and implement strategies to achieve performance targets:
• Ensure the spa's operating procedure and policies manuals are implemented and updated as required.
• Supervise daily spa operations and liaise with department heads to ensure cleanliness, maintenance and service standard are upheld
• Assist in development and updating of the spa menu
• Manage client feedback
• Reference and abide by the spa's Standard Operating Procedure, Policies & Forms Manuals
• Coordinate with the engineering department for preventive maintenance programs and repairs for all equipment
• Develop training and development plans for his staff; implement and evaluate these plans
• Carry out reasonable requests made by the General Manager
• And other duties and responsibilities.
Job Requirement
- Male or Female, Age not over 45 years old;
- Minimum educational qualification (s):
* Beauty/spa therapist qualification an advantage
* Certification/License: Massage, Spa Treatment and First Aid/CPR Certificates
- At least 3 years experience handling all spa functions with spa management experience in an international standard spa.
- Preferable in hotel/club/medical sector experience
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision, as well as have the ability to consider, evaluate and make sound business decisions regarding the related field.
- Must be familiar with all hotels procedures, regulations.
- Must be flexible with working nights, weekends and holidays
- Be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Good command in English (Speaking & writing)


5. Sales Manager (Corporate and MICE)
Job description:
• Identifying and generating Sales from new and existing clients from the Corporate and MICE market
• Responding to inquiries and negotiating Sales deals with clients from the Corporate and MICE market in Vietnam/ASEAN countries
• Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing/and or General Manager and assisting him with contracting and negotiating
• Coordinating promotional activities
• Creating accurate Sales & Marketing reports and meeting deadlines for submission
• Conducting regular Sales calls, hotel site inspection and client entertainment
• Conducting market intelligence and furbishing the Director of Sales and Marketing with competitors information
• Communicating to overseas sales office (worofice and domestic clients via e-mail, telephone and in person
• Carry out reasonable requests made by the Director of Sales and Marketing and or General Manager

6. Front Office Supervisor ( Giám sát bộ phận Sảnh)
Job description:
• Manage all FO operations onboard professionally end efficiently
• Welcome and check-in guests friendly and effectively
• Planning, building up & maintain the smooth operation in all masters of Front Office, Reservation.
• Implementing, supervising new programs, daily operation and practices of Front Office Department.
• Co-ordinate with all other departments for daily operation and any special arrangement requested by guests.
• Receive, handle and solve guests complaints fast and efficiently
• Assist guests in any request and provide helpful information
• Provide first-aid in emergencies and report any incidents immediately to management
• Receive and lock valuable and lost-and-found guests items
• Control all bookings, maintain and update guests accounts
• Check-out guests, handle and control billing and payments
• Provide daily sales reports and frequent statistics
• Conduct regular Merchandise inventories
• Supervise and train all subordinate staff efficiently
• Report regularly and effectively to FO Manager and/or General Manager

8. House- keeping Supervisor ( Giám sát bộ phận House- keeping)
Job description:
• Supervises, trains and participates in the activities of Room attendants engaged in cleaning and arranging guest rooms, hallways and service areas.
• Assigns Room attendants to their duties, inspects rooms for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Attends to complaints and requests regarding guest rooms and service, takes corrective action.
• Examines rooms to determine need for repairs, etc., and makes appropriate recommendations to superior.
• Sees to the adequate storage of supplies inventory on assigned floors to safeguard against shortage of loss; conducts inventory of linens and guest room supplies.
• Prepares supervisor's reports, accomplishes requisition forms and work and maintenance orders. Records daily activities and events such as guest complaints in logbook and submit to Executive Housekeeper.
• Collects Room attendant reports and keys for submission to Exec. Housekeeper.
• Report and turn over any items left by guests to Lost and Found in -charge.
• May perform duties of other supervisors in their absence.\
• Perform other duties out of the normal routine if so required.
• Carry out reasonable requests made by the Executive Housekeeper
